Victoria’s Secret apparently looked at ordinary luxury lingerie and decided it wasn’t expensive enough.
Because the brand is bringing back its legendary Fantasy Bra, and this time, the centerpiece alone is worth approximately $22 million.
Yes, for one diamond.
After an eight-year absence, the famous runway creation is returning for the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, scheduled for October 18.
The announcement was revealed on October 15, with the brand offering a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the extravagant piece.
For this year’s edition, Victoria’s Secret partnered with luxury jeweler Jacob & Co., known for producing some of the world’s most elaborate watches and jewelry.
The design features a massive Angel-cut diamond at its center, surrounded by additional precious stones arranged across the garment.
The goal is to create something that moves naturally with the model while maintaining the appearance of an elaborate jewelry piece.
And although the central diamond has been valued at $22 million, the official total value of the completed Fantasy Bra has not yet been announced.
For anyone who didn’t grow up watching the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the Fantasy Bra was once one of its most anticipated moments.
Introduced in 1996 with Claudia Schiffer, it became a runway tradition worn by models including Tyra Banks, Gisele Bündchen, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio.
One of the most famous examples was the $15 million Red Hot Fantasy Bra worn by Bündchen in 2000.
The tradition disappeared after 2018, making this year’s return particularly nostalgic for longtime fashion fans.
Victoria’s Secret has also decided to keep one detail secret: which model will wear the new design.
That reveal is being saved for the runway on October 18.
And in a fashion industry where luxury prices regularly make headlines, a $22 million diamond might still be difficult to compete with.
