Tibu Africa has officially joined the MedNC (Méditerranée Nouvelle Chance) network, marking a new step
in its mission to promote youth inclusion, training, and employability through sport across the Mediterranean region.
─────────
The organization was admitted following a vote by MedNC members during the network’s General Assembly held in Tunis,
recognizing the impact of Tibu Africa’s model of “Second Chance Schools” focused on careers in the sports industry.
─────────
This membership will allow Tibu Africa to strengthen cooperation with Mediterranean partners, share its expertise, and contribute
to a common vision of giving young people new opportunities to learn, train, and build sustainable careers.
─────────
The results achieved by the organization already highlight the potential of sport as a tool for social and economic inclusion.
In Sidi Kacem, for example, 60 young people benefited from nine months of training and coaching, leading to an insertion rate of 82%.

In Casablanca, programs targeting young people not in employment, education, or training (NEETs) reported that
90% of graduates secured a job opportunity, while 16% launched income-generating activities.
