Fashion Month has officially changed time zones.
London Fashion Week starts today, September 17, immediately taking over after New York and running until Monday, September 21.
And the schedule is BUSY.
This season brings 47 runway shows, 23 presentations, 10 digital activations and 53 evening events, mixing major British names with emerging designers and BFC NEWGEN talent.
London has always been Fashion Month’s slightly weirder sibling ,less afraid of experimentation, emerging designers and clothes that make you go:
“I would never wear that… wait, why do I suddenly want it?”
So after New York gave us maximalism, celebrity runway appearances and enough street style to destroy everyone’s Pinterest algorithm, attention now moves across the Atlantic.
Paris and Milan, you’re next.
For now:
London, show us what you’ve got.
