If you’ve been waiting for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run, the wait is almost over.
The anime’s 2nd STAGE starts September 25 on Netflix, with 11 new episodes dropping weekly every Friday.
It’s Part 7 of JoJo, and it follows Johnny Joestar, a former jockey who is unable to walk, and Gyro Zeppeli, a mysterious outlaw.
Together, they enter a 4,000-mile horse race across 1890s America with a $50 million prize.
Except… obviously, this is JoJo.
So the race involves supernatural powers, assassins, bizarre competitors and a whole lot of chaos.
Why is everyone talking about it?
Steel Ball Run is one of the most beloved parts of the JoJo manga, and fans have been waiting years to see it animated.
Netflix initially released only one 47-minute episode in March, which left fans wanting WAY more. Now the story is finally continuing with the next 11 episodes.
And the new episodes introduce characters including Mountain Tim, Hot Pants and Funny Valentine.
September 25. Mark your calendars, JoJo fans.
