The Ballon d’Or isn’t only bringing together football’s biggest names tonight. Music is getting its moment too.

French Montana is set to perform at the 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony in London, sharing the entertainment lineup with British singer Jorja Smith.

The two artists will bring a musical touch to the ceremony, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year.

And with French Montana on the lineup, there’s already a Moroccan connection to the evening before the awards are even handed out.

Football, music and a little Moroccan representation.

The Ballon d’Or has become more than an awards ceremony. It’s also a night of celebrity appearances, fashion moments and performances, bringing the worlds of sport and entertainment together.

This year’s edition is taking place at the London Palladium, with football’s biggest names gathering to find out who will take home the trophies.

And Morocco has more than one reason to tune in.

Achraf Hakimi, Yassine Bounou and Ayyoub Bouaddi are among the Moroccan players nominated for awards, adding another layer of interest for fans back home.

Between the nominees, the red carpet and the performances, there’s plenty to follow beyond the announcement of the winners.

French Montana and Jorja Smith are part of the night’s entertainment lineup, although a joint performance hasn’t been confirmed.
