For years…
Bloodborne fans have been asking Sony the same question:
« Where’s the PS5 remaster? »
Well…
The PC community may have found its own answer.
─────────
Thanks to the latest improvements in the shadPS4 emulator, Bloodborne is now running at over 100 FPS on a relatively affordable gaming PC powered by a Ryzen 5 7600 and an RTX 5060.
─────────
In recent benchmark tests, the game averaged between 75 and 100 FPS, with some areas reaching 100 to 120 FPS.
That’s a massive leap from the original PS4 version, which was famously locked at 30 FPS.
─────────
What’s even more impressive…
You no longer need an ultra high-end PC.
As PS4 emulation continues to improve, even mid-range hardware is becoming capable of running Sony’s classic exclusives smoothly.
The latest shadPS4 updates have significantly boosted both compatibility and performance.
─────────
Of course…
This isn’t an official PC port.
And it’s certainly not the long-rumored PS5 remaster.
But for many fans…
It’s the closest they’ve ever been to experiencing Yharnam the way they’ve always imagined it.
─────────
More than a decade after its release…
Bloodborne remains one of the most requested PlayStation games ever.
And until Sony finally makes a move…
The emulation community keeps proving just how much demand still exists.
─────────
But here’s the real question…
If fans can already play Bloodborne at over 100 FPS on PC… does Sony still need to release an official remaster, or has the community already done the job?
