Abdul Razzaq Al-Hadari crowned “Young Moroccan Entrepreneur”

The young Moroccan entrepreneur Abdelrazak El Hadri, founder of the perfume brand Hadri Parfum,

has been awarded the title of Young Moroccan Entrepreneur of the Year” during the 8th edition

of the International Industrial Days Forum held in Casablanca.

At just 25 years old, El Hadri is recognized for turning a startup idea into a structured industrial company

in the cosmetics and perfume sector, marking one of the notable Moroccan youth entrepreneurship success stories.

His company has experienced rapid industrial growth, evolving from a small local project into a production unit

employing over 250 people, while significantly increasing output capacity.

Production has doubled over time, rising from around 20,000 units per day to nearly 40,000,

reflecting the brand’s strong expansion and industrial scaling strategy.

The award highlights not only individual success, but also the growing momentum of “Made in Morocco”

entrepreneurship, where young founders are increasingly building scalable industrial and export-oriented businesses.
