Morocco is getting 17 new RYANAIR routes. Where are we flying first?

Your next European getaway might have more options than you think.

Ryanair is expanding its winter flight programme in Morocco, with 17 new routes connecting Moroccan cities to destinations across Europe.

The airline presented its winter operations in Rabat on October 27, confirming its biggest winter schedule in the country so far.

And for anyone who’s been thinking about a quick trip, there are some interesting destinations on the list.

So, where can we go?

The new connections include flights from Rabat to Stockholm in Sweden and Kraków in Poland.

Marrakech is getting a connection to Wrocław in Poland, while Agadir will have new routes to cities including Milan, Nuremberg, Bratislava and Gdańsk.

Altogether, Ryanair’s winter programme covers 156 routes connecting Morocco with 14 countries, with approximately 5.3 million seats available.

The expansion also includes a stronger presence at Rabat-Salé Airport, where Ryanair has established its fifth Moroccan base.

More routes, more opportunities?

For young Moroccans, new flight connections can mean more options for holidays, visiting relatives, studying abroad or exploring new cities.

But there’s an important detail: more routes don’t automatically mean cheaper tickets.

Prices still depend on demand, dates, baggage and availability. And, of course, Moroccan passport holders will still need to meet the visa requirements of their destination.

Beyond travel, the expansion is expected to support tourism and economic activity in cities outside Morocco’s traditional tourist hotspots.

One clarification: the 17-route winter programme was originally announced in August. The fresh development is Ryanair’s October 27 presentation in Rabat and its latest comments about investing further in Morocco.

So, whether you’re already planning your next trip or simply saving destinations to your wishlist, there are now more cities to consider.

The only question left is: where are we going first?
