While Morocco has made major progress in building a legal medical cannabis industry, many doctors, pharmacists and patients still don’t know exactly which products are available or who they are intended for.

The Observatory also points to confusion among some farmers involved in the legal cannabis sector, with reports that not everyone clearly understands how their crops are ultimately used within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Authorities have already announced that more than 600 authorized points of sale are supplied with these products.
