Morocco and France welcome progress in migration partnership

As part of the regular, trust-based and in-depth dialogue between Morocco and France on migration issues,

the Moroccan Embassy in France hosted a working meeting in Paris on Friday.

The meeting took place alongside a seminar bringing together Morocco’s 17 Consuls General in France,

as well as senior representatives from the relevant French and Moroccan administrations.

Discussions focused on strengthening coordination between the two countries on migration-related matters,

including mobility, consular services and the management of migration flows.

The gathering reflects the ongoing commitment of Rabat and Paris to maintain close cooperation

on migration through dialogue and institutional collaboration.

Officials from both sides highlighted the importance of practical solutions and continued coordination to

address shared migration challenges while facilitating legal mobility between the two countries.
