From June 25 to 29, 2026, Agadir will welcome the second edition of the EPIK Summer Academy, bringing together

200 young participants from more than 20 African countries for five days of learning, collaboration, and leadership development.

Organized by the pan-African association EPIK Leaders, the event is designed for students, young entrepreneurs,

and community leaders looking to strengthen their skills and expand their networks across the continent.

─────────

This year’s edition will focus on artificial intelligence and leadership under the theme “Next-Gen Africa:

The Artificial Intelligence Playbook for Leadership.” Participants will explore how AI can help shape

the future of innovation, governance, and economic development in Africa.

─────────

The program follows a “Learning by Doing” approach, combining workshops, simulations, collaborative

projects, and an AI-focused hackathon. Attendees will also have access to training modules in project management,

team leadership, and impact communication, with certification opportunities linked to internationally recognized academic institutions.

─────────

Beyond technical skills, the academy aims to foster cross-cultural exchange and build a new generation

of African leaders capable of addressing the continent’s social, economic, and technological challenges.

─────────

One thing is clear:

the EPIK Summer Academy is positioning Agadir as a hub for youth leadership, innovation, and AI-driven transformation in Africa
