Every month, new adventures arrive on Xbox Game Pass.
But there’s another side to the subscription service that players often forget.
For every new game added…
Others quietly disappear.
And this time, some big names are leaving the library.
─────────
On June 15, Microsoft will remove five major titles from Xbox Game Pass, giving subscribers only a limited amount of time to finish them before they become unavailable through the service.
Among them is one of the biggest surprises:
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition.
─────────
The full list of departing games includes:
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition
Jurassic World Evolution 2
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
Lost in Random: The Eternal Die
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game – Complete Edition.
For many players, it’s a painful goodbye.
─────────
Perhaps the biggest loss is Space Marine.
The remastered edition of the cult-classic shooter only joined Game Pass a few months ago, allowing a new generation of players to discover Captain Titus and the brutal universe of Warhammer 40K.
Its departure comes as the franchise enjoys renewed popularity following the success of Space Marine 2.
─────────
Fortunately, Game Pass subscribers still have one option.
As with every removal, Microsoft offers members a discount to permanently purchase the games before they leave the catalog.
So if one of these titles is still sitting in your backlog…
Now might be the time to finally play it.
─────────
The constant rotation of Game Pass is part of what keeps the service fresh.
New games arrive.
Old ones leave.
And the library is always evolving.
But sometimes…
A single departure reminds players how quickly a favorite can disappear.
─────────
With these titles preparing to leave the service, one question remains…
If you could save only one game from this month’s Game Pass departures, which one would you keep forever in the library?
