Google has agreed to pay SpaceX $920 million per month for large-scale computing capacity,

in one of the biggest AI infrastructure deals announced in 2026.

The agreement, disclosed in a regulatory filing, runs from October 2026 to June 2029

and gives Google access to around 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs along with CPUs, memory, and supporting systems.

In a context where global tech companies are racing to secure AI computing power…

this deal highlights how demand for large-scale infrastructure is rapidly outpacing supply,

pushing companies like Google to rely on external providers to support platforms such as its AI systems.

The arrangement also reflects SpaceX’s growing diversification beyond aerospace,

as it increasingly monetizes its high-performance data center capacity ahead of its anticipated IPO.

The contract includes flexibility clauses, allowing either party to adjust or terminate the agreement

with notice after 2026, depending on capacity delivery and demand conditions.

One thing is clear: the AI boom is no longer just about software innovation—it is now

driven by massive infrastructure deals redefining the global tech economy.
