Sixty young people have just completed a transformative program led by Tibu Africa,
in partnership with the INDH, using sport as a tool for professional integration.

In a context where youth employment remains a major challenge…
new models are emerging that connect physical activity with skills development, personal growth, and career opportunities.
This first cohort benefited from nine months of intensive training, coaching, and field immersion
designed to prepare them for the job market in a practical and structured way.

The program delivered more than 1,200 hours of training, combining hands-on workshops,
personalized coaching, professional immersion, and real-world field experiences.
According to the initiative, the results are promising, with an estimated 82% employment insertion rate among participants.

Among the testimonies, Oussama, a beneficiary of this first promotion, shared how the experience reshaped his perspective:
“Thanks to this experience, I had the opportunity to take part in several major initiatives such as the Youth Employment Week
through Sport and the Global Sports Entrepreneurship Week across different regions of Morocco.
These experiences allowed me to meet new people, discover new opportunities, and above all gain confidence. Today, I see my future differently.”

territorial dimension, aiming to bring opportunities closer to local communities and create long-term impact through sport.
