Inwi launches Fiber Boost, a new way to temporarily boost fiber speeds

tech

On June 1, 2026,

Moroccan telecom operator announced the launch of Fiber Boost,

a new service that allows fiber subscribers

to temporarily increase their internet speed

without changing their subscription plan or equipment.

Designed for occasional high-bandwidth needs,

the service targets activities such as

online gaming,

HD streaming,

and large file downloads,

where users may require more speed for a limited period of time.

With Fiber Boost,

customers can double their fiber speed

for either 2 days or 7 days,

directly through the My inwi app

or by calling 220.

The option starts at 10 Moroccan dirhams,

with a monthly spending cap of 100 dirhams,

and is available to fiber subscribers on 20, 50, or 100 Mbps plans

who have been customers for at least three months.

Rather than permanently upgrading their package,

users can activate higher speeds only when needed,

reflecting a growing trend toward more flexible,

on-demand digital services.

In summary

Inwi has launched Fiber Boost, a first-of-its-kind service in Morocco that lets fiber customers temporarily

double their internet speed for short periods, starting from 10 DH, without changing their existing subscription
